BASIC LIFE SUPPORT COURSES

Our Basic Life Support (BLS) course is specifically designed for both clinical and non-clinical staff  working in a healthcare setting and therefore timings can be adjusted accordingly.

HEALTH & SAFETY COURSES

It is an employer’s duty to protect the health, safety and welfare of their employees and other people who might be affected by their business. This includes providing sufficient information, instruction and training to employees to allow them to work in a way that does not put themselves or others at risk.

MANUAL HANDLING COURSES

The law states that employers have a legal responsibility to provide adequate training for those who perform manual handling tasks in their day to day role. The Level 2 Award in Safe Moving and Handling (RQF) can be a regulated and nationally recognised qualification or as an attendance course is designed for those who work, in a role that involves manual handling.

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID ENGLAND

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally recognised training course which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. MHFA England training won’t teach you to be a therapist, but just like physical first aid, it will teach you to
listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis.

FIRE AWARENESS COURSES

The aim of this course is to familiarise individuals with fire safety issues in the workplace, making them aware that a responsible person should be carrying out the fire risk assessment, and work with other competent persons to assist in fire duties.

Courses Approved by Qualsafe Awards

An Awarding Organisation recognised by Ofqual to offer regulated qualifications; Emergency First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid and Health & Safety.
